I love this! I'm a girl that isn't good with lashes in general so....your girl needs any help she can get! It Grip is great, perfect size to hold the lashes and doesn't get in the way so I can see what I'm doing. Just hold the lashes and not too close to the magnet because it will attach (duh 😅) I'm still learning so this tool worked out great for me.
