TikTok Shop GMV Contest – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • Participants must be approved TikTok Shop Affiliates.
  • Must be 18 years or older and legal resident of the U.S.
  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Glamnetic are not eligible to enter unless written approval has been granted by the Glamnetic team.
  • No Purchase is necessary. (If you choose to purchase a refundable sample, your account will be automatically refunded for that sample purchase from TikTok after your first eligible sale.)

2. Contest Period

  • The contest begins on Mar 1st, 2026 at 12:00 AM PST and ends on Mar 31st, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST.
  • Only GMV generated during this time period will be counted toward prize eligibility.

To Enter: 

  • Post shoppable videos, go live, or earn GMV from your Showcase on TikTok during the contest period of Mar 1st, 2026 through Mar 31st, 2026.
  • Affiliates who have generated at least $500 GMV, in general from brands, and have at least a 65% postage rate in the period of 1/15/2026 - 2/15/2026 are eligible to receive a maximum of 2 free samples total from all Glamnetic TikTok Shop listings except for the Fanatics and Dossier listings. All affiliates can generate GMV and enter the contest, but will need to meet the $500 GMV over the period of 12/15/2025-1/15-2026 requirement to receive free samples.

  • Prize Redemption: Simply generate the GMV and email tiktokshop@glamnetic.com on April 1st, but no later than April 10th 11:59pm PST to receive your prizes. If we don’t receive an email by the April 10th deadline, your prize and earnings are forfeited. Please include your TikTok handle, name, and estimated GMV generated.
  • All GMV generated in March 2026 by combined accounts belonging to the same individual will count irrespective of post date. Accounts and posts featuring generative AI will not be counted towards GMV and will not be counted toward prize eligibility. 
  • Based on the GMV target tier you've reached at the end of the contest period, you will receive the prize or the cash offering within that target tier in addition to your commissions. Commissions will be paid out by TikTok Shop.
  • Inventory Disclaimer: Certain nail styles are susceptible to selling out due to high sales. It is possible that a nail style may sell out due to high demand and limited inventory. If you feature a nail style that goes viral or sells out, it may be possible that the style will be sold out for a few months before the next replenishment.  

3. How to Enter

  • Post TikTok shoppable videos, go live, or generate GMV from your Showcase during the contest period of Mar 1, 2026 through Mar 31st, 2026 and tag Glamnetic’s official TikTok Shop product listings during the contest period. Only the total GMV generated during the contest period will be counted. Posting earlier in the month will maximize your chances of earning prizes through the generated GMV!
  • Affiliates who have generated $500 GMV and have a 65% postage rate in the period of 1/15/2026 through 2/15/2026 are eligible to receive a maximum of 2 free samples total from all Shop listings except for the Fanatics and Dossier listings. All affiliates can generate GMV and enter the contest, but will need to meet the GMV requirement to receive free samples.

  • Based on the GMV target tier you've achieved at the end of the campaign, you will receive the prize or cash offering within that target tier in addition to your commissions.
  • Commission earnings
  • Earn 5% to 23% commission depending on collaboration status, ads boosting and whether you’re a verified member of our Discord server. 
  • Earn 15% commission with an open collaboration and earn GMV for any posts and lives you link with our listings
  • Earn 23% commission if you receive a target collaboration invite from Glamnetic. 
  • You can also earn 23% commission if you become a verified member of our Discord server and meet GMV eligibility requirements of $500 GMV over the date range of Jan 15, 2026 through Feb 15, 2026.
  • When you join the Glamnetic Discord server (https://discord.gg/wjENuqrp), you’ll see a channel called Welcome. In the Welcome channel, you’ll see a message from Glamnetic Creator Verification with a link to a form to fill out in order to become verified. Please click “Glam Access” to get access to the form and complete the form. The Glamnetic team will review your verification form application in 48-72 hours and accept you. The Glamnetic team may need more time to review and accept pending the volume of verification applications that come through. Once you become verified and accepted, you can then earn 23% commission. 
  • If any of your Shoppable Posts are used and boosted in our TikTok GMV Max Ad campaigns, you’ll earn a reduced 5% commission. This is because Glamnetic is spending extra budget to boost the post as an ad, giving it more impressions.
  • Commissions will be paid out by TikTok Shop.
  • Glamnetic reserves the right to deny anyone admission to the Discord group for any reason.
  • Inventory Disclaimer: Certain nail styles are susceptible to selling out due to high sales. It is possible that a nail style may sell out due to high demand and limited inventory. If you feature a nail style that goes viral or sells out, it may be possible that the style will be sold out for a few months before the next replenishment. 
  • Only content that complies with TikTok’s Community Guidelines and Glamnetic’s brand guidelines will qualify.

4. GMV Tracking & Prize Redemption

  • Send an email to tiktokshop@glamnetic.com on April 1st, but no later than April 10th, 2026 11:59pm PST to receive your prizes. Please include your TikTok handle, name, and estimated GMV generated.

  • Target Tiers and prizes:
  • $1K GMV: $200 value of Glamnetic Product
  • $3K GMV: Lume Cube Creator Kit OR $200 cash
  • $7K GMV: iPhone 17 256GB with phone case or $1000 cash
  • $15K GMV: MacBook Pro 14” + iPad Air 11” + AirPods Max OR $3,500 cash
  • $30K GMV: Cartier Classic Love Band (basic model) OR $7,500 cash
  • $60 GMV: Chanel Large Classic Flap (basic model) OR $15,000 cash
  • $150K GMV: Instacart Gift Card of $20,000 OR $20,000 cash 
  • $350K GMV: Premium Disney Aulani 7 Day trip for four with business class round trip flights to Hawaii (includes higher room upgrades and amenities) OR $43,000 cash
  • $600K GMV: 2025 Range Rover Sport OR $90,000 cash
  • The iPhone 17 will be any available color and lowest memory offering. The iPhone case will be the Silicone Case with MagSafe in any available color offered by Apple.
  • The MacBook Pro 14”, iPad Air 11” and AirPods will be in any available color and lowest memory offerings.
  • The Cartier Classic Love Bracelet will be Yellow Gold and does not include diamonds with a maximum retail value of $7,950.
  • The Chanel Large Classic Flap bag will be the basic leather offering, in any available color, and may include longer shipping and delivery times due to inventory availability. 
  • The Instacart Gift Card value may be provided in increments of payments pending Instacart’s Gift Card offerings. The total value offered will be $20,000 USD. 
  • 2025 Range Rover Sport will be the lowest basic model at $83,700 MSRP value.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Glamnetic reserves the right to substitute a prize with a cash equivalent or another prize of equal or lesser value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winners may choose to receive the listed cash equivalent instead of the physical prize, upon written request. 

5. Content Requirements and Policy

  • All posts must be original content created by the participant.
  • Content must not contain profanity, hate speech, nudity, misleading claims, or unauthorized use of music, other copyrighted works, or trademarks.
  • Some posts may be boosted as ads during this month on GMV Max Ads, however the commission on these posts will be reduced to 5% during boosting.
  • Accounts and posts featuring generative AI will not be counted towards GMV and will not be counted toward prize eligibility.

6. Contest Winner Determination

  • Glamnetic will review the emails submitted by participants starting on April 11, 2026 and verify total GMV generated during the contest period. Prize eligibility will be determined based on the target tier reached and if the affiliate’s content meets all the qualifications. 
  • Glamnetic will aim to review all emails and inquiries by April 30th, 2026 or earlier, but may need more time to review all inquiries by May 15, 2026 pending the volume of participants.

7. Contest Winner Notification and Prize Terms

  • Glamnetic will start notifying winners after verification via email starting April 11, 2026. Glamnetic will aim to notify all winners by April 31st, 2026 or earlier, but may need more time to notify all winners by May 15, 2026 pending the volume of participants. 
  • Prizes will be shipped out starting May 15, 2026 through June 15, 2026. Cash prizes will be distributed within 30 days after April 11, 2026 unless any issues and circumstances arise with billing, banks, product availability, or other relevant payment processes that cause delays and may go over 60 days for distribution.
  • Glamnetic reserves the right to substitute a prize with a cash equivalent or another prize of equal or lesser value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winners may choose to receive the listed cash equivalent instead of the physical prize, upon written request. 
  • For all prizes, winners must submit an IRS Form W-9. This form collects: winner's full legal name, mailing address, Social Security Number (SSN) or Employer Identification Number (EIN), & certification that they are a U.S. person. This form is to be collected before any prize or cash is distributed. If a cash prize is preferred, the winner will be required sign a Payment Acknowledgment Form. This form will confirm: the amount received, the payment is a contest prize, understanding the prize is taxable income, winner's bank information & that Glamnetic will issue a 1099-NEC to them.
  • Tax Reporting Requirements: Winners receiving prizes valued at $600 or more (including cash equivalents) are required to submit a completed IRS Form W-9 prior to receiving their prize. Glamnetic will report the prize value to the IRS via Form 1099-NEC as required by law. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. Disqualification

Glamnetic reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify entries for:

  • Misrepresentation of GMV or fraudulent behavior (e.g., self-purchasing to inflate GMV, using generative AI, misrepresentation of product).
  • Violation of TikTok’s or Glamnetic’s policies.
  • Use of bots, spam tactics, or inauthentic engagement.

Glamnetic also reserves the right to withhold, revoke, or require return of any prize if it determines in its sole discretion that a participant has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or dishonest conduct, or was otherwise ineligible to participate.

9. Publicity Rights

By entering the contest, participants grant Glamnetic the right to use their TikTok username, content, likeness, and GMV results for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. Limitation of Liability

Glamnetic is not responsible for:

  • Lost or delayed entries due to technical failures.
  • Errors in tracking GMV data or errors in any other data reporting provided by TikTok Shop including those that affect commission payout
  • Damages, injuries, or losses of any kind arising from participation in the contest or prize use.
  • Lost or stolen prize packages. 
  • Inventory Issues: Certain nail styles are susceptible to selling out due to high sales. It is possible that a nail style may sell out due to high demand and limited inventory. If you feature a nail style that goes viral or sells out, it may be possible that the style will be sold out for a few months before the next replenishment. 
  • Glamnetic is not responsible for, and shall not be liable to any participant for, any errors, omissions, interruptions, delays, defects, technical malfunctions, platform policy changes, data discrepancies, or other issues of any kind arising from or related to TikTok or any other third-party platform used in connection with the Contest. This includes, without limitation, inaccurate tracking or reporting of sales, impressions, or commissions; system outages; bugs; account restrictions; or mismanagement by such third parties. All platform data, analytics, and reporting are provided “as is” and are subject to the terms, policies, and technical limitations of the respective platforms. Participants acknowledge and agree that Glamnetic has no control over such third-party systems and shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or impact to Contest results caused by such issues.
  • Glamnetic makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any third-party platform data, nor the processing or payment of commissions by such platforms. All decisions regarding eligibility, prize awards, and rule interpretation are at the sole and absolute discretion of Glamnetic and are final and binding.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of contest administration and prize fulfillment, in accordance with Glamnetic’s Privacy Policy.

12. Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Glamnetic, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to their participation in the Contest, their content, or any violation of these Terms & Conditions.

13. Force Majeure

Glamnetic shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Contest if such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, labor disputes, embargoes, government orders, pandemics, telecommunication or internet failures, or third-party platform outages.

14. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to this Contest shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Participants agree to bring claims solely on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative action.

15. Modifications & Termination

Glamnetic reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the contest.

The contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with TikTok.

16. Governing Law

This contest is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
