1. 

   1. Prep
   File nails, push back cuticles with cuticle stick and wipe down nails with alcohol pad.

2. 

   2. Glue
   Apply an even layer of glue to natural nails and back of Glamnetic nails.

3. 

   3. Press
   Align with cuticle line and apply at a downward angle, then press down firmly for 10-20 seconds.
