1. Prep
File nails, push back cuticles with cuticle stick and wipe down nails with alcohol pad. -
2. Glue
Apply an even layer of glue to natural nails and back of Glamnetic nails. -
3. Press
Align with cuticle line and apply at a downward angle, then press down firmly for 10-20 seconds.

I’ve tried so many other brands - the other brands fall off after a few days and they break. Always break. These ones lasted just shy of two weeks and they only came off because I play with my nails. I’m obsessed and I will be buying more!!!!
