- Soak hand in warm water for 10 minutes or until adhesive loosens.
- Using a cuticle stick, gently lift off press-on nails. Re-soak nails if required.
- Remove any excess adhesive from natural nails with a file.

These stayed on for 2 weeks during which time I spent a ton of time on the beach and in the ocean, so honestly I'm impressed. That said, I have fairly light skin and my husband has darker skin and he said these were not his favorite color on me, so I had him try on one and honestly even he agreed they looked fire on him
